![]() She showed us the arts and crafts area and tried to sell off on that. The young lady showed us some more things. There was nothing in it, not even a chair for us to sit on if we visited. I have two grandparents that are currently in a two-bedroom, two-bath apartment, so it is not going to work for them. It was nice, but once we got to the respite care rooms, our hearts kind of stopped. ![]() The facilities were clean, lovely, and modern. Once the apartments for assisted living opened up, we could be moved there, but it could take up to a year. Then she mentioned respite care and that's where we could live first. She kept saying they were gearing more towards independent living even if I made it clear I needed assisted living. It also made us feel that they were trying to get away from assisted living. She kept saying, "We'll go over that later." She told us on the phone that they have assisted living apartments available, but once we got there, she explained that they did not have one. The young lady was pleasant and friendly, but she wasn't offering a lot of information as far as pricing. We waited to be greeted before someone came in. We went to Marycrest and sat in the lobby from the start. She kept saying, "We'll go over that later." She told us on the phone that they have ass. ![]() ![]() ![]()
